Some of the members in gg forum watched preethi eke bhoomi melide and have given their opinions about the film. Goodman has said that the film is just above average to good. He means that the film is somehwhere between average and good.
Akumar says that we can scold a bad movie and appreciate a good movie. But this film doesnt come under both the categories. Akumar has made analysis of the film and highlighted that Prem has failed completely and except two songs, all other songs do not impress.

Watched PYBM today @ Kapali 4.30 show (movie actually started at 4.50), Huge crowd had gathered in & around the theatre. Great to see such a opening for a Kannada Movie, reminded me of JOGI`S hype.
This was one of my most awaited movie in recent times...Prem took more than 1 year to complete this movie for release !!
So does PYBM cross our expectations ????

After giving us Hits after Hits, Director Prem has let us down this time. a0005_sad
Its great to see Prem trying to say / express / narrate something which has never been told in KFI before, but Prem has totally faltered in presenting the story. The script could have been handeled in a much much better way.
I would not like to write any details regarding the story. (its up for guys to watch it).
It is very disappointing to see Prem wasting talented artists Like Ramesh Bhat, Sudharani & also Rebel star Ambi to an extent. a0007_angry
If at all Prem had concentrated more on Direction (concentrating more on the script) rather than trying put himself in the lead role this movie would have much better.
Both the Heroine are not worth watching, some of our Sandalwood actresses perfrom way better than them..... Mallika Sherawat`s song could also have been avoided ( but no complaints about that song personally grin )
Here are some of the Postive aspects in the movie -
* Fresh Story
* Prem gives a decent performance (which is very much watchable), He shines in emotional sequences. smile
* Fights composition is simply fantastic (all the fights in this movie are very realistic & it has come out very naturally & also in a diffrent way) a0012_super
* Seenu`s Cinematography is the highlight of the movie.
* Top Notch Music composition by R.P.P - (PYBM Tittle Song, Neenene, Barayya Barayya & Mallika`s song are worth watching & listening to) a0012_super
* I personally feel the Climax was the best part ih this movie, Prem has handeled the last 15 - 20 mins brilliantly - which was missing in the initial part of the movie. a0010_salute
( when u come out of the theatre, u might ask urself what the hell was Prem trying to say to the audience but i felt this was the best possible climax)
Over all not satisfied at all ( but Prem fans will like it for sure)....but surely watchable once.
Wake up call for Prem, i am sure he will come back with a bang.
