ಮನಸು ನೋಡಲು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದು ಕೇವಲ ಹಾಡುಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ. ಮನೋಮೂರ್ತಿಯವರ ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಮೂರ್ನಾಲ್ಕು ಹಾಡುಗಳು ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಗೆಳೆಯ ಬೇಕು, ಐ ಲವ್ ಯೂ, ಮೊಗ್ಗಿನ ಮನಸಲಿ ಹಾಡುಗಳು ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಶಶಾಂಕ್ರಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯೇನೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಶಶಾಂಕ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಂತಹ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ.ಹತ್ತರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹನ್ನೊಂದು ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ಇತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಚಿತ್ರ ನೋಡಿ ಹೊರಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಬ್ಧಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲ!. ಅಬ್ಬಾ, ಎಂತಹ ಚಿತ್ರ! Oh My God!!.. I really dont have enough words after watching this movie! "ಮೊಗ್ಗಿನ ಮನಸು" ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಚಿತ್ರವಾಗುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳೂ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿವೆ!

ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳ ಕಥೆಗೂ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಗೂ ತಲೆ ಬುಡ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಮೊಗ್ಗಿನ ಮನಸು ಎಂಬ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆಗೆ ಹೇಳಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದಂತಿದೆ. ಇದು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಹದಿಹರೆಯದ ಹುಡುಗ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರೆಲ್ಲರ ಕಥೆ. "ಹುಚ್ಚು ಕೋಳಿ ಮನಸು ಅದು ಹದಿನಾರರ ವಯಸು..." ಎಂಬ ಕವಿವಾಣಿಯಂತೆ ಹದಿನಾರರ ವಯಸ್ಸು ಕಡಿವಾಣವಿಲ್ಲದ ಹುಚ್ಚು ಕುದುರೆಯಂತೆ. ಸರಿ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳೇನೆಂಬ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಬಿಸಿರಕ್ತದ ಹುಮ್ಮಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾದಿ ತಪ್ಪುವ ವಯಸ್ಸದು. ಆ ಹದಿವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ನಾಲ್ವರು ಹುಡುಗಿಯರನ್ನು ವಸ್ತುವಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಶಶಾಂಕ್ ಮೊಗ್ಗಿನ ಮನಸು ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತ್ಯದ್ಭುತವಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಚಿತ್ರ ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಹೃದಯಕ್ಕೂ ಲಗ್ಗೆ ಇಡುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪ್ರೀತಿ ವಾತ್ಸಲ್ಯದ ಗಂಧ ಗಾಳಿಯೇ ಗೊತ್ತಿರದ ಕ್ರೂರಿ ಅಪ್ಪನಿಂದಾಗಿ ಮನೆಯೆಂದರೆ ನರಕ, ಜೈಲು ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿ ಸದಾ ತನ್ನ ಗೆಳೆಯನೊಂದಿಗೇ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಹುಡುಗಿ(ಮಾನಸಿ), ತನ್ನ ಅಕ್ಕನನ್ನು ನಂಬಿಸಿ ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಿ ನಂತರ ವೇಶ್ಯಾವಾಟಿಕೆಗೆ ತಳ್ಳಿ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿದ ಯುವಕನೊಬ್ಬನ ಮೇಲಿನ ಸಿಟ್ಟಿಗಾಗಿ ಗಂಡಸರನ್ನು ಟೈಂ ಪಾಸ್‍ಗೆ ಬಳಸಿ ಹಿಂಡಿ ಹೀರಿ ಬಿಸಾಡಿ ಸೇಡು ತೀರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಎರಡನೆಯ ಹುಡುಗಿ (ಸಂಗೀತಾ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ), ನಗರದ ಥಳುಕು ಬಳುಕಿನ ಬದುಕಿನ ಅರಿವೇ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಹಳ್ಳಿಯಿಂದ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಬಣ್ಣದ ಬದುಕಿನ ಸುಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಳುವ ಮುಗ್ಧ ಹುಡುಗಿ (ಶುಭಾ ಪೂಂಜ) - ಈ ಮೂರು ಮೊಗ್ಗಿನ ಮಸಸಿನ ಗೆಳತಿಯರ ಜೊತೆ ಯಾವುದು ಸರಿ ಯಾವುದು ತಪ್ಪು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗದೇ ತಾನೂ ಕೂಡ ಮನಸೆಂಬ ಮರ್ಕಟ ಆಡಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಆಡುವ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ನಾಯಕಿ ಚಂಚಲಾ (ರಾಧಿಕಾ ಪಂಡಿತ್) ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮೊಗ್ಗಿನ ಮಸಸುಗಳು! ನಿಜವಾದ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಪ್ರೇಮ ಏನೆಂಬುದರ ಅರಿವಿರದ ಈ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಅಪಕ್ವ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರ ಹುಚ್ಚು ಮನಸಿನ ಹತ್ತು ಹಲವಾರು ಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಶಶಾಂಕ್ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಿಗುವಾದ ಚಿತ್ರಕಥೆಯ ಜೊತೆ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಚಿತ್ರಕಥೆ ನಿರೂಪಣೆ ಎಲ್ಲೂ ಹಳಿ ತಪ್ಪುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದು ಚಿತ್ರದ ಮೊದಲನೇ ಗೆಲುವು! ಮನೋಮೂರ್ತಿಯವರ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಸಂಗೀತ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಧುರ್ಯ ಭರಿತ ಹಾಡುಗಳು ಚಿತ್ರದ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆ!. ಗೆಳೆಯ ಬೇಕು, ಮತ್ತು ಮಳೆ ಬರುವ ಹಾಗಿದೆ ಹಾಡುಗಳು ಕಿವಿಗಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ,ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೂ ಆನಂದವುಂಟುಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕೃತಗೊಂಡಿವೆ.ಗರಿ ಗರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾಕಿಂಗಾಡ್ತಾರೋ ಈ ಹುಡುಗರು ಹಾಡುಗಳು ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಪತ್ತೆ!ಆದರೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಸರಿಯೆನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.ಎಲ್ಲಾ ೧೦ ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಚಿತ್ರಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ಕಥೆಯ ಓಟಕ್ಕೆ ತುಸು ಭಂಗ ತಂದೀತೆಂದುಈ ಎರಡು ಹಾಡುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಕ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರಬಹುದು. ಇವೆರಡರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಓಂ ಓಂಕಾರ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಚಿತ್ರಿಸಿರದಿದ್ದರೂ ನಷ್ಟವೇನೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಉಳಿದ ಹಾಡುಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಕಥೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿವೆ!

ಅಭಿನಯದ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ನಾಯಕಿ ರಾಧಿಕಾ ಪಂಡಿತ್‍ಗೆ ಫುಲ್ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ಸ್!. ಮೊದಲ ಚಿತ್ರವಾದರೂ ಯಾವ ನುರಿತ ನಟಿಗೂ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿಲ್ಲದಂತಹ ಅಮೋಘವಾದ ಅಭಿನಯ ಈಕೆಯದು! ಮಾನಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಗೀತಾ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ತಮಗಿರುವ ಅಲ್ಪ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನೇ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ಶುಭಾ ಪೂಂಜ ಇನ್ನೂ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಿತ್ತು! ಆದರೂ ಆಕೆಯ ಮುಗ್ಧ, ಪೆದ್ದು ಪೆದ್ದಾದ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಕೆಲವೆಡೆ ಖುಷಿಕೊಡಿತ್ತವೆ! ನಟರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶ್ ಉತ್ತಮ ಅಭಿನಯ ನೀಡಿ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ಗಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಹುಡುಗನಿಗೆ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ತೆರೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದು ಮೊದಲ ಅನುಭವವಾದರೂ "ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಮೇಲೆ" ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಕಿರುತೆರೆಯ ಧಾರವಾಹಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸಿದ ಅನುಭವವಿದೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಶರಣ್ ಹಾಸ್ಯ ತುಂಬಾ ಖುಷಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಹಾಸ್ಯದ ತುಣುಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿರುವ ರೀತಿ ತುಂಬಾ ಭಿನ್ನವಾದ ಕಲ್ಪನೆ! ಉಳಿದ ಇಬ್ಬರು ನಾಯಕರು ಪರವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಅಷ್ಟೇ. ಜೈ ಜಗದೀಶ್, ಸುಧಾ ಬೆಳವಾಡಿ, ತುಳಸಿ, ವಿಜಯಕಾಶಿ, ಚಿತ್ರಾ ಶೆಣೈ ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಪಾತ್ರವಾದರೂ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಚಿತ್ರದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪ್ಲಸ್ ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆ! ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರಿಂದ ಶಿಳ್ಳೆ ಗಿಟ್ಟಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಕೆಲವು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಯಿಂದ ಚಿತ್ರ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹತ್ತಿರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ! ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನದಂದು ತನ್ನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನನ್ನೇ ಮೋಹಿಸಿ ಪ್ರೇಮ ಪತ್ರ ಕೊಡುವ ಹುಡುಗಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನ ಪಾತ್ರಧಾರಿ ರಾಜೇಶ್ ಹೇಳುವ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆ, ಯಶ್-ರಾಧಿಕಾ ಪಂಡಿತ್ ನಡುವಿನ ಕೆಲವು ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಗಳು ಚಿತ್ರದ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು.ರಾಜೇಶ್ ಪಾತ್ರ ತುಂಬ ಆಪ್ತವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಆದರೆ ಮೊಗ್ಗಿನ ಮನಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಲ್ಲ, ನೂರಾರು ಸಿಕ್ಸರ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾರಿಸುವುದಂತೂ ಖಚಿತ! ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಪ ಇ. ಕೃಷ್ಣಪ್ಪನವರ ಅದೃಷ್ಟ ಮತ್ತೆ ಖುಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳೂ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಮುಂಗಾರು ಮಳೆಯ ನಂತರ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಜನ ಸಾಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಿ ತುಳುಕಿ ಹೌಸ್ ಫುಲ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ತೂಗಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಕೆ.ಆರ್.ಪುರಂನ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರ!

ಮೊಗ್ಗಿನ ಮನಸು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನೋಡಲೇ ಬೇಕಾದ ಚಿತ್ರ! ಚಿತ್ರದ ಉಪ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ ಹೇಳುವಂತೆ ಇದು ಹೃದಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುವ ಚಿತ್ರ,ಆದರೆ ಕೇವಲ ಹುಡುಗರ ಹೃದಯ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಚಿತ್ರ ನೋಡಿದ, ಹೃದಯವಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನೂ ಕಲಕುವ ಚಿತ್ರ!

ಇಂತಹ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇರುವ ಕೃಷ್ಣಪ್ಪ,ಶಶಾಂಕ್, ಮನೋಮೂರ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿತ್ರದ ಎಲ್ಲ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞರಿಗೂ, ಕಲಾವಿದರಿಗೂ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು!

This is a SUPERB, FANTASTIC & REFRESHING MOVIE.. NOT TO BE MISSED AT ANY COST..

It gives a WONDERFUL FEEL coming out of the theatres.. Hats off to the entire team of director SHASHAANK, Producer KRISHNAPPA, CAMERAMAN, MUSICAL MAGICIAN MANO MURTHY & wait wait the CHARMING RADHIKA PANDITH..

I never thought I would enjoy this movie so much.. FIRST HALF SIMPLY FLEW OFF.. The first half an hour after the INTERVAL was a bit dragging, but from the story point those were all required.. Hats off to DIRECTOR SHASHANK..He has handled such DELICATE & INTRICATE topics in the movie without compromising the entertainment value at the same time not making any of the viewer to get embarassed.. Only a director who is DARE can handle such subjects..

RADHIKA PANDHITH, the main heroine of the movie is OUTSTANDING.. She carries the movie entirely on her shoulders.. Her acting, expression, body language is simply spectacular.. SHE IS REALLY THE SURPRISE PACKAGE OF THE MOVIE.. HATS off to the GUY WHO SELECTED HER FOR THAT ROLE..

One more guy who will strike you surprisingly is the ACTOR RAJESH (Preethi illada mEle RAMESH) as THE ENGLISH LECTURER.. He is the MAIN REASON in making this MOVIE SO DEAR TO ME.. He comes in only a FEW OF THE SCENES.. But, the dignity, the grace, the naturality he has brought to that role is simply stunning.. The way he gives lecture to the student who gives him the LOVE LETTER IS THE BEST SCENE of the movie .. At the same time, the dialogue he says 'demand eega kammi aagide' towards the end of the movie makes him so close to your heart..

After MUNGAARU MALE, CHELUVINA CHITTHAARA, MUSSANJE MAATHU.. this is the movie which made ME CHOKE AT MANY POINTS.. The HIGH POINT Of the MOVIE is the FEEL it gives throughout the movie .. There are many scenes which makes your heart warmer giving you sudden burst of happiness..

SHARAN's COMEDY is also FANTASTIC..

What to say about MANO MURTHY's music?.. IT's a MAGIC.. I AM IN LOVE WITH EACH & EVERY SONG OF THE MOVIE.. THE 'I LOVE YOU ..' SONG AT THE CLIMAX IS AN EXHILERATING NUMBER.. What about 'Moggina Manasali oho ho.. ' , 'maLe baruva haagide ..' .. Sonu Nigam's 'I LOVE YOU..' WOULD RULE THE CHARTS in the coming weeks..

THIS IS A MUSICAL VISUAL TREAT.. As Nrupathunga put it, probably the MOST REFRESHING MOVIE after MUNGAARU MALE SUBJECT WISE & NARRATION WISE..

Moggina Manasu Rocks!!! Message and value wise, it has more to offer than Mungaru Male! Now I understand why E. Krishnappa faught with censor board. Surely it is not A certificate movie. Infact all teenagers shuld watch the movie! It has message for them.

Surely Moggina Manasu will be a block buster!

Lets watch Moggina Manasu together after 50 days or 100 days....

Infact its one of the most emotional movie i have seen after Musanje Maathu. There its emotional between demotivated people and a RJ , here its between innocent teenage girls !!

Excellent direction by Shashank( I did not have much hopes on this guy after sixer) but he proved wrong all my hopes. Now I wud rate him along Ratnaja in thier taste and film making passion wise

Radhikha pandit is the main surprise in the entire movie. Where was she all these days ? .
I fact I was clean bowled with her maturedness towards the end of the movie. superb acting . I think she did almost parkhaya pravesha in to that role. She shud get STATE AWARD for this role along with SUDEEP for MUSANJE MAATHU RJ role according to me.

But shubha poonja disappointed me with her funny paethetic acting ( gotililree sarra ).I dont know why shashank failed to get good acting from her in those initial scenes especially.

the other two girls have done there part. and all the three so called heroes were just average. but the person who comes at the end has done excellent Kannada Movie, this Kannada Film matured acting. :hatsoff:

Mano Murthy some of the scenes take you back to your teenage days ( for people who are matured now atleast ONLY ).
I fact some of the scenes made my eyes wet, especially the lecture Rajesh scenes Mogina Manasu . whenever radhikha bent down to do namaskara my heart was getting warmer here


coming to music Mano Murthy has proved again that nobody can beat him offlate with his melodious hearty tunes and background score as well.

camerawork by some chandrashekar it really GREAT. especially the scene in gelaya beku song where radhikha and pooja are standing near the dadha( rare end ) of the pond and tea estate on the other side is memorable for me wonderfull lyrics by jayanth kaikini

the song male baruva hagidhe took me some where but i dont know where. I dont have words to express that

E.K. Entertainers earlier produced Mungaaru Male Mungaru Male starring Golden Star Ganesh and Pooja Gandhi Sanjana Gandhi. EDITING is one of the major plus point in this movie that too with some censored scenes. the scenes just change phatoa phut .. just like this !.. wont feel bore at any moment though at some minor places

Jayanth Kaikini over all very good movie. and good jelled climax in the end.

lot of my college time girl came like this and went away like that watching this film
even same thing happened when i watched mungaru male especially the drunken scene after interval made all by old lovers come in front me with those ganesh dialogues ( nimm gejje sadhu.. ee male .....

Ratnaja made me think he is like very very little junior of puttanna kangaala in his subject selection with feminine based subjects.

Yes.. GUDDU.. acting by RAADHIKA PANDHITH in the last 20 minutes after she comes back to MANGALORE.. wow.. the movie is SPLENDID after that point.. The scene wherein she enters the college again and remembers her first day, which will be shown in the same screen side by side is SUPERB.. I really liked that scene.. After coming back home, it's the LAST 20 MINUTES of the movie which keeps haunting you Radhika Pundit ..

I will watch this movie probably 2-3 times more.. I want to watch those MESMERISING SONGS in a detailed manner along with RAADHIKA PANDITH and RAJESH Shuba Punja ..
