Sakkare – Deepa Replaces Radhika – Breaking

Media House, the producers of Sakkare featuring Ganesh in the lead role have opted out for Deepa Sannidhi in place of Radhika Pandit who was the original choice of the film. According to sources, this change was necessary in view of the matching of dates for the film’s shoot as Radhika is yet to finish her shooting portions of Yogaraj Bhat’s Drama for which final schedule is expected to start immediately after actor Prakash Raj joins the film unit. The shooting of song portions of the film is also not yet completed for the film yet.

Deepa Sannidhi on the other hand is busy now having signed two biggies with Sudeep (Bachchan) and Vijay (Jayammana Maga). However since the launch of both these films got postponed from May as has been planned earlier, she has time to allot her dates for Sakkare. This would mean that Deepa has already signed films with big stars like Darshan, Puneet and has now signed films with Sudeep and Vijay too. With Sakkare she would have worked with all major heroes except Upendra.

Radhika Pandit has already worked with Puneet Raj Kumar in a block buster like Hudugru and has now been working with Yash, in Drama. All the three forthcoming films of this talented artists that include Nagathihalli Chadnrashekhar directed ‘Breaking News”, Arjun directed “Adhdhoori’ and M.D.Sridhar directed “Sagar’ are carrying good reports. Adhdhoori’s songs are already rocking everywhere around. If even one or two of these three films hit the success pole, then Radhika is sure to be the pick of other big hero’s films.

Sakkare Launch on Monday

Golden Star Ganesh and Deepa Sannidhi starrer Sakkare has been launched on Monday early morning with a Pooja in Dodda Ganapathy Temple at Bull Temple Road. The Pooja was held quite early in the morning and immediately thereafter the unit members moved to Madikeri for further shooting of the film. The film is being produced by Shylaja Nag and B.Suresha of Media House Productions and directed by Abhay Simha who had already directed an award winning film “Gubbachchigalu’ earlier and bilingual film “Shkari’ with Malayalam Super Star Mammootty in the lead role.

Hari Krishna is the music director of the film for which all the five songs of the film has been written by Yogaraj Bhat. The film will be shot for ten days in Madikeri after which the unit is returning to Bengaluru. Later there will be a break for the shooting of the film. The second schedule of the film has not been planned yet.
