ಗಂಧದಗುಡಿ.ಕಾಂ ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ವೆಬ್-ಸೈಟುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಎಂದರೆ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಲಾರದು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಇಷ್ಟೆ, ಬೇರೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ವೆಬ್-ಸೈಟುಗಳು ಒಂದು ಸೀಮಾ ರೇಖೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೇವಲ ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಅಥವಾ ಒಂದು ದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಯೋಚ(ಜ)ನೆಯನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಗಂಧದಗುಡಿ.ಕಾಂ ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೆ ಸೀಮಾ ರೇಖೆಯಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಂತನ-ಮಂಥನವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದು ಆ ವಿಷಯದ ಪರವಾಗಿರಬಹುದು, ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿರಬಹುದು. ಒಬ್ಬ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕನ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಲು ಇರುವ ಸುಪ್ತ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಗಂಧದಗುಡಿ.ಕಾಂ.

ಗಂಧದಗುಡಿ.ಕಾಂ ಮುಖಪುಟದ ಬರಹಗಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಹೊಸ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ನಾನು ಗಂಧದಗುಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಹೊಸ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಹೊಸ ಅಭಿರುಚಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಹೊಸ ಆಯಾಮದೊಂದಿಗೆ,ಒಂದು ಹೊಸ ಕಾಲಂ ಶುರುಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
ಅದುವೆ ” ಗಾಂಧಿನಗರದ ಗಿರ್-ಗಿಟ್ಲೆ “.

ಗಿರ್-ಗಿಟ್ಲೆಯ ರಭಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದಿಂದಲೇ ಜೋರಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಗಿರ್-ಗಿಟ್ಲೆ ಗಾಂಧಿನಗರದ ಗಲ್ಲಿ-ಗಲ್ಲಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಬರಹಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ತರಲಿದೆ.
ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ನೇರ..ದಿಟ್ಟ..ನಿರಂತರ..

ಇದುವೆ ರಂಗು-ರಂಗಿನ ಗಿರ್-ಗಿಟ್ಲೆ.

Obituary: Dr. Vishnuvardhan

Last night it was around 3a.m when i slept, and hence got up at morning 8a.m and was welcomed by my mother with the news of Dr. Vishnuvardhan’s death. It was a total shock for me. I could not believe. I was just in the hangover of C. Ashwath’s death.

This came as a total shock – i repeat this again. I could not believe my mother and switched on the TV to confirm once again. Ya it was true. We have missed a senior actor.

The hallmark of Dr. Vishnu was his stylish acting as well as down to earth sentimental acting. I have so much to say. I have been getting mails, PMs, we are busy doing banners for Shraddhaanjali. One such banner i put on the site homepage. And just did a Shraddhaanjali video:

We are currently thinking of a project on GG for Dr. Vishnu. Things are yet to be finalised. Meanwhile i am getting many mails from Dr. Vishnu fans conveying their Shraddhaanjali. What more can i do here?
