Sahasasimha is a member of Gandhada Gudi forum. He is a fan of Dr. Vishnuvardhan as well as watches films of other heroes too. He is one of the active members of GG forum.

Baalu ( Ganesh ) working as a real estate broker stays with his friend
Kaama ( Komal Kumar ). He is a very good friend and well-wisher of his
neighbour Rangayana Raghu and his family, Rangayana Raghu always seeks
a second opinion from Baalu on all the potential bridegrooms for his
daughter Lakshmi ( Vedika ). They all turn out to be failures and soon
Vedika starts liking Baalu and falls in love with him. She also
expresses it to Baalu much to his displeasure. Later Baalu finds a good
match for Vedika to which everyone agrees except Vedika who decides to
keep quite about the issue. The climax then predictably takes place at
the marriage hall with Vedika deciding on who her husband will turn out
to be.

With a storyline as thin as the heroine herself, it
falls on deft narration and entertaining elements to save the day.
Sangama though partially succeeds in this aspect. The comedy elements
are the mainstay of the movie with Komal taking full control with
Ganesh and Rangayana Raghu supporting him in places and later supported
by Sadhu Kokila. The action scenes especially the second one was
totally unnecessary and perhaps was added as filler material.

The movie at places slows down with rather cliched sentimental scenes and such.

The
much hyped music by DevishriPrasad is good though not chartbusters by
any means.Songs have been well placed though with good picturisations
and don't appear out of the blue.

Ganesh being the main hero of
the movie himself doesn't have much to do in the movie other then
fighting a couple of times with the goons and giving Vedika a glare.
Vedika too doesn't have much to do other then telling the same lines over and over again to Ganesh.
Komal
stays throughout the movie and one wonders if he has comeback as a hero
after his moderately successful Garagasa. He has given a very good
performance though a couple of times he was dull.
Rangayana Raghu doesn't give in the performance expected from him, just manages to give a couple of good lines and nothing else.
Sadhu Kokila is great as usual.

Perhaps
the worst role for Ganesh after Bombaat, calling it a role would rather
be an overstatement. For someone as charming as Ganesh, this 'role'
doesn't require any of it at all.
Better he takes up some challenging roles like his upcoming films to showcase his talent.

Go catch the movie if u wanna have a great laugh else give it a miss.

Golden Star Abhimaani – often known by the name rprs1983 in internet circles, is a star uploader of Kannada song videos on youtube.com. His channel has a very good classy collection of all latest Kannada songs and slide shows. His channel can be visited at http://www.youtube.com/rprs1983 . He has joined GG forum recently and hasbeen actively posting and encouraging kannada films and supporting the growth of GG forum positively with his videos and views. (There are many other gg members whose name requires a mention. it will be done in another article)

Director Ravivarma has given us a cool Romantic lovestory in his first attempt. With Goldenstar Ganesh waiting for a success after debacle Bombaat and Rocking Music director of South Devisriprasad, this movie had lot of expectations. 70% of the expectations are met is what I feel. Here's the plot.

Baalu (Ganesh) is a cool guy, works as a house broker and stays with his friend Komal next to the house of Rangayana Raghu. Baalu and Lacchi or Lakshmi (Vedhika) are Good friends. Lacchi's parents are trying to get thier daughter married to a software professional. Rangayana Raghu father of Lacchi is very fond of Baalu and he has special affection towards him. Now Baalu is the guy who should finalize the marriage proposals of Lacchi. Mean while Grandmother of Lacchi asks her to worship god to get her a good life partner. Baalu takes Lacchi to the temple daily.. Slowly Lacchi gets attracted towards Baalu. Baalu helps an old couple to get their house back. Lacchi tries to express her feelings but Baalu is not interested. Finally everyone are OK with a foriegn returned guy fixed by Baalu and Lacchi silently agrees for the marriage, even though she is in love with Baalu. She starts forcing Baalu to accept her love and Baalu refuses it strongly. At the end, everything happens as predicted and all are happy.

Overall, The movie is a feel good movie, bit dragging at the climax. Ganesh and Vedhika share an excellent chemistry onscreen. Performancewise both of them are natural. Ganesh excels in his dialogues and expressions. He has perfomed some real stunts in the fights. Vedhika as Lacchi brings life into her role.

The main hero of the movie is Comedy. Komal as Kaama gives us a wonderful pack of laughter. Ganesh and Rangayana Raghu joins him occasionally. Myna ( who acted as Pavithra Lokesh lover in Ulta Palta) has a funny character in the movie which is related to Komal's superb comedy. This should be enjoyed only on the screen. Sadhu kokila electrifies the already comedy atmosphere with his superb timing :clap: Rangayana Raghu, Thulasi and all other supporting artists have done a neat job.

Cameraman has done a fantastic job. Dil Maange more, Aagali Sangama, Hey Mister Baalu, Kodu Kodu Varavanu songs are visual treats. Muddu Muddu song picturisation is also good. Madhumaasa picturisation could have been better :hmm: Hey Mister Baalu song rocks with an innovative picturisation.

Devisriprasad should be thanked for giving us such rocking tunes. Songs are the big highlight of the movie.

Nothing special about the direction, since the story is very simple. But there is a good pace in narration. No boring moments

The climax is the let down for the movie. It is predictable and people loose interest at the end. Although a feel good movie, one may feel, the movie lacks something. But it certainly has a good sentimental values and family melodrama. Cool Romantic journey of love between Baalu and Lacchi with lots of comedy is what I can say

Reaction of crowd:
The crowd was enjoying each and every comedy scene. On the whole I felt it is completely a comedy movie..  Kudos to Komal and Sadhukokila  People were whistling at each and every song and were mesmerized with the picturization. All the romantic scenes between Vedhika and Goldy were too good. Their pair rock..
Good movie overall.. Liked it more than Krishna, Hudugaata and Aramane…
